VBMS hires Norwegian help
Simon Møkster Shipping to assist Dutch company with offshore work
VBMS has hired Simon Møkster Shipping’s Stril Server vessel for offshore work in the North Sea starting in April.
The contract is for an initial five months and the subsea/wind mill support vessel will “assist VBMS in their operations”, Simon Møkster Shipping said.
The Norwegian company said it is the first contract signed with VBMS.
It added that the Stril Server (pictured) has a 70-tonne AHC crane, remote operated vehicle hangars and accommodation for 90 people.
