Swansea University is tendering for a wave buoy to be used in the £17m Sustainable Expansion of the Applied Coastal and Marine Sectors (Seacams) 2 R&D project.

The wave buoy will be used for resource characterization and research studies.

The three-year Seacams 2 project managed by Bangor University aims to extend the volume, quality and access to the type of data marine developers need for siting projects.

The deadline for the submission of bids is 7 March.
