John Laing Environmental Assets (JLEN) lead adviser David Hardy has been moved sideways after the departure of a director of its infrastructure fund.

Hardy will take on the role as investment adviser to John Laing Infrastructure Fund replacing the departing Andrew Charlesworth.

Chris Tanner, who has acted as joint lead advisor to JLEN since its launch, will continue to act as the lead adviser to the company.

Hardy will assume his new role immediately but will continue to be involved with JLEN until his replacement is in post.

"Alongside Chris Tanner, David has been involved in leading the management of JLEN since its formation in 2014,” said JLEN chairman Richard Morse.

“We wish him well in his new role and are pleased that David remains within John Laing Capital Management allowing us to maintain access to his knowledge and experience."
