German private equity company CEE has acquired the 6.6MW Lüdersdorf wind farm in Brandenburg from Danish outfit European Energy.

The project, which consists of two Vestas V112 3.3MW turbines with hub heights of 140 metres, was commissioned in May.

The acquisition brings CEE Group’s renewable energy portfolio to 592MW.

CEE Group chief executive Detlef Schreiber: “The acquired turbines will ideally complement CEE’s existing portfolio and underline our strategy of ongoing growth in the core German market.”
