Mainstream all ears at Neart
Five public meetings in September and October to discuss 450MW project
Mainstream Renewable Power is to hold five public consultation events ahead of the application for a marine licence for the 450MW Neart na Gaoithe offshore wind farm, which will be located off the Scottish coast.
The meetings will take place in September and October between 2pm and 8pm, Mainstream said.
The first event will be held on 25 September at the North Berwick community centre, followed by the second one at the Bleachingfield Centre in Dunbar the next day.
The Carnoustie Golf Hotel in Carnoustie will host the third meeting on 27 September, with the fourth held at the Crail community hall on the following day.
The final event will be on 4 October at St Andrews town hall, Mainstream said.
Anyone wishing to comment on the project can do so no later that 25 October, it added.
