SHL piles up at Beatrice
Stanislav Yudin vessel installs three-quarters of the units at 588MW project
Seaway Heavy Lifting’s crane vessel Stanislav Yudin has installed three-quarters of the foundation piles at SSE’s 588MW Beatrice offshore wind farm off the coast of Scotland.
Stanislav Yudin is being assisted on the job by two anchor handling tugs, the Bremen Fighter and the Smit Sentosa.
SHL’s Oleg Strashnov vessel installed the first jacket foundation at the project earlier this month.
Beatrice will comprise 84 Siemens 7MW turbines and be fully operational in 2019.
