Senvion rising in France
Turbines totalling 150MW to come online by the year-end
Senvion will have turbines totalling 150MW up and running before the end of the year at new wind farms in France.
Some six 3MW machines with 122-metre rotors are being installed at Quadran’s 18MW Lussac-les-Eglises scheme in Haute Vienne.
A 3.2MW turbine, also with a 122-metre rotor, is rising at the Côte de l'Epinette repowering project at Marne in north-eastern France.
Senvion is also supplying turbines to Eurowatt’s 19.2MW Terres Noires wind farm in the Hauts-de-France region and to RES’ 18MW Mont de l'Ain project.
