Waves4Power chief quits
Ulf Lindelof cites disagreements about future governance
Waves4Power chief executive Ulf Lindelof has resigned after five years in post citing disagreements with the Swedish company’s future governance.
Former chairman and current board memeber Bengt Marlind has been appointed interim chief executive until a replacement is in place.
“There is primarily disagreement between Ulf and the board about the company's future governance and progress that underlies the decision,” said a company statement.
Waves4Power’s 250kW WaveEL device installed off the Norwegian island of Runde has been exporting power to the grid for the past five months.
