Greentech sells Wojciechowo stake
Danish developer bags €3.6m for its 50% share in Polish wind farm
Greentech has sold its 50% stake in the 28MW Wojciechowo wind farm project in Poland to PGE Energia Odnawlalna.
The €3,665,372 the Danish developer got for its half of the 14-turbine development was made up of €3,050,000 as a share sale price and €615,372 as a shareholder loan repayment. PGE Energia Odnawlalna now has full ownership of the scheme.
Greentech chairman Peter Høstgaard-Jensen said: “We will continue investing in Poland, where we still have a pipeline of more than 260MW. The ownership of 50% of the Wojciechowo project would not have given us the opportunity to consolidate and to run the project. This is the reason why we have decided to sell.”
