BP closes Indiana sale
BP Wind Energy North America has closed the sale of the 150MW Fowler Ridge 4 wind project in Indiana to Pattern Renewables.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said the agreement was authorized on 20 March and consummated on 30 May. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Fowler Ridge 4 is expected to tie-in to the transmission system controlled by PJM Interconnection and owned by Indiana Michigan Power Company.
BP has said it seeks to divest its entire US wind development portfolio.
